Community
Pillar 4: Community – Impact Through Engagement
Leadership doesn’t end at the office—it lives in the way we invest in the people and places around us.
My community work is an extension of how I lead: with intention, compassion, and a bias toward action. I’m a connector of people and purpose—someone who believes progress is a shared pursuit. Whether I’m mentoring youth athletes, driving local business initiatives, or advocating for digital inclusion, I bring heart, service, and strategy to every role I take on.
